There’s a fact: Our communication is everyday more and more visual. And so are the brands. Our Brain has been trained ever since we were born to instantly process what we’re watching. It’s proved that the visual information comes straight to our brain and lies there longer than a simple plain text.

Images can work as a complement to the text, making it much more pleasant to read, but in some cases they can almost substitute it. Hard-to-explain concepts or really technical (and boring) features can be explained with a simple image. We are not here to bore our client, right?.

Well that’s exactly what I wanted.

On NEEO website all these complex things are perfectly explained through images and icons. With just a quick view you know what it is and what are the most important features.

These visuals must have a meaning – they can not be used just to fill an empty space. We could say that they’re part of the storytelling. Another good example is TESLA, the premium electric car manufacturer. Describe all the car’s features and its advantages could be a really boring task to read. Instead, they use jaw-dropping photos, as well as dynamic and interactive charts and explanations, and tons of icons.

All these visuals are not just on the website, but also on their amazing stores. Once you’re inside, you don’t have the feeling of being in a car dealership. The walls are decorated with large photos and quotes. They have also a design studio to customize your own TESLA.

But wait, there is more!. Inside the car, design is also quite important!. They have replaced all the buttons with an extra large screen, where you have full control of the car. It is not just functional, but also very pleasant to see and really easy to use.
